Air Condenser

Remove debris from the exterior, inspect the aluminum fins on the coil for any damage or bending, check refrigerant lines for any signs of wear or leaks, ensure the fan is in good condition, securely mounted, and clean

Furnace

Check and replace the air filters, clean dust and debris from the blower blades and motor, check the flue pipe and vents for any blockages or debris, check all electrical connections and wiring for signs of wear or damage

Refrigerator

Remove debris from the condenser coils, inspect rubber door seals for signs of wear, cracks, or gaps, check drip pan for any buildup of dirt or mold, ensure compartments are set to the appropriate temperatures, ensure unit is level
